Lake Gardens Park is one of the best places to visit in Kuala Lumpur, and the green oasis is a beautiful recreational spot for both locals and travelers. The area is the first large-scale recreation spot constructed in Kuala Lumpur and it measures around 91.6 hectares, being situated in the center of the city. Established in 1888, the park has always been crowded with people looking for complete relaxation.

Tourists are fond of the Lake Gardens Park because it is made of several manicured and sculpted gardens. It is a refuge of relaxation and it spreads over an extended area with a myriad of native trees, flowers and shrubs.

Lake Gardens Park – Family activities

Onsite, the water oozes over the stones, and the garden is surrounded by trees with huge leaves that make the scenery breathtaking. The hibiscus, which is Malaysia’s national flower, is highlighted with pride by the native hobbyists appointed to take care of the manicured gardens. KL Deer Park

The KL Deer Park is a protected area featuring a lovely lake, jogging trails and several species of deer. Also named the chevrotain, the mouse deer is the tiniest hoofed animal on the globe and KL Deer Park’s main attraction. Some other species of deer include the axis deer, the fallow deer brought from Holland, and the sambar deer. All these creatures are magnificent, and if you want to know more about their habitat ask for details from the caretakers.
